Vendor Exhibit Information

At the 68th Annual SEATA Conference, vendors have the opportunity to exhibit their latest products and/or services to delegates from across the southeast.

All booths will include one 8 ft. x 30 in. table for a single booth or two 8 ft. x 30 in. tables for a double booth, a table cloth for the table(s), and two chairs.

Booth Fees

Industry Council Members:
  • Single Booth – $1,000
  • Double Booth – $1,250
  • Single Booth – $1,500
  • Double Booth – $1,750
Nonprofit Organizations:
  • Single Booth – $1,000
  • Double Booth – $1,250

Note: The above fee does not include delegate registration. All staff assigned to the exhibitor booths must register as the conference delegates.

Special requests (i.e. electricity, internet access, telephone line, etc.) are not included in the booth cost and should be directed to the Sheraton. Please contact Richard Hancock at for special requests.

Exhibitor Schedule

  • Sunday, July 15 – 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. for booth setup
  • Monday, July 16 – 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • Tuesday, July 17 – 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; booths must be taken down by 5:30 p.m.
